What happens when we Crack our joints too much...

The act of cracking joints means bending a person's joints to produce a distinct cracking or popping sound, often followed by a feeling of satisfaction or relaxation to the person.
According to traditional belief, the popping of joints, especially knuckles, can lead to arthritis and other joint problems.

What actually noise of cracking is??

“The noise of cracking or popping in our joints is actually nitrogen bubbles bursting in our synovial fluid.”

What is synovial fluid.

synovial fluid lubricates your joints like motor oil in a car’s engine, reducing friction and preserving our cartilage. The nitrogen bubbles within the synovial fluid usually take 20 minutes to re-form in your joints before they can crack again.
Part of the appeal of knuckle cracking could be that 20-minute full, when gas bubbles are re-forming in the synovial fluid. You might feel looser during that period, as if you’ve relieved pressure from your joints.

The finger cracking Experiment

When Dr. Donald L. Unger was a child, his mother and other relatives told him that cracking his knuckles would cause arthritis. Instead of just ignoring their warnings, He decided to take their hypothesis into his own hands.

Dr. Ungler spent 50 years cracking the knuckles on only his left hand at least twice a day. He left his right hand alone as a control. In a tongue-in-cheek letter to the editor of Arthritis & Rheumatism, he estimated that he cracked the knuckles of his left hand at least 36,500 times, while the knuckles of his right were cracked "rarely or spontaneously."
At the end of his experiment, he examined his hands for arthritis and found none. "This result calls into question whether other parental beliefs, e.g., the importance of eating spinach, are also flawed," he amusingly concluded. "Further investigation is likely warranted." The entire letter has a similar tone.
"Dr. Donald L. Unger won Nobel prize for this"
